Job Title: Lead People Partner
Salary: £55,250 - £62,000 pro rata
Hours: 21 hours, 3 month FTC

Key Responsibilities:
* Be the driving force behind people strategies, setting the gold standard for ethical and professional excellence
* Being the People Strategy to life! Align workforce planning with business goals
* Design and embed smart, people centric policies
* Be the catalyst for change, steering positive initiatives and championing talent management
* Be able to handle complex ER cases promptly and with a great level and understanding and professionalism
* Take the reins on complex employee relations matters, guiding your team with expert mentorship while fostering a positive, proactive work environment
* Build solid relationships with key stakeholders and members of staff on all levels across multiple sites
* Be confident and knowledgeable with in all areas of employment law
Required skills & Desired experience:
* Proven experience in strategic HR leadership
* Strong understanding of organisational development, talent management and employee relations
* The ability to manage change effectively and influence senior stakeholders
* A commitment to upholding ethical standards and driving positive cultural change
* MCIPD or other relevant qualifications
* Strong knowledge of employment law and experience handling complex ER casework
