Lead Practitioner - Adults

Randstad are recruiting for a Lead Practitioner in Social Work for Adults in the Complex Work team located in Barnet, London. This Permanent role is offering a fantastic Salary rate ranging from £45021 to £50031 per annum.

Must haves:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years UK experience working in adult social care as a social worker
• Must have experience of supervising or mentoring social worker staff
• Must have experience of complex case work

Expectation to:
Social Worker Lead Practitioners are expected to deliver Barnet's vision of strengths based social care we rely on working closely with our partners and importantly our competent, confident, creative, and caring workforce.
Responsibilities will include:

• The mentoring and supervision to staff within the team ensuring professional standards and best practice.
• Ensuring that the responsibility of safeguarding adults at risk is a fundamental element of this job and that the principles are embedded in all procedures, practices, professional advice, decisions and support.
• We offer a 36 hour a week, hybrid working with a mixture of office and home working, although staff are welcome to be office based fulltime if they wish.

• Social Work England registration
• Social Work Qualification
