Requirements: 5 years experience in similar commercial roles 2 years experience in managing Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors Strong contractual knowledge of both JCT and NEC Forms of Contract Excellent Client Engagement Skills High Level of IT literacy Salary in the role will be totally dependent upon experience.
