Lead React Developer - Fintech My client, a leading brokerage firm is looking for an experienced React Developer to join their dynamic team. As a key player in their development team, you will lead the UI/UX efforts, building and maintaining their advanced web interfaces.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our front-end applications using TypeScript and React.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Participate in code reviews and contribute to our team's best practices and standards.Required Qualifications:Strong understanding of front-end development tools and practices, including JavaScript/ TypeScript, Webpack, component-based architecture, and responsive design.Leverage business domain knowledge in fixed income, FX, or equities to enhance application relevance and efficiency.Hybrid working - 3 days p/w in officeIf this sounds like you please apply via the link or email ##### for more information.
