Job Summary:As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. Your expertise in Salesforce development and leadership skills will be crucial in driving our CRM initiatives forward.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementations.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Prepare technical documentation and provide training to end-users and team members.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.Proven experience as a Lead Developer or in a similar leadership role.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Innovative and collaborative work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Flexible work arrangements.Any questions about this role please email me: #####.
