Lead Software DeveloperB2B Ecommerce Platform, Websites and Web AppsC#, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, HTML, CSSSouthampton, Hampshire (Hybrid - 2 days in the office per week)£60,000 to £65,000 + benefits, training and professional development We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented Software Developer Team Lead to join and lead the digital technology team of a global leader in B2B marketing for products and services.The role of Lead Software Developer role is a 50/50 split between leadership and development and you will manage a team that build a range of websites, web apps, UI's and services for 4 key products.The team consists of around 12 people: developers, testers and product owners. The team is tasked with new development of features and functionality, integrations with core business systems and helping to drive business requirements through expertise and opinions.The team provide full stack exposure with HTML/CSS/JavaScript on the front end and .Net, C#, SQL on the back. The products are B2B eCommerce Web Platforms, powered by Optimizely CMS and Commerce. Experience and Skills Required:Team Leadership / Mentoring experienceFull Stack MVC .net Development (.net/SQL)Developing Integrated solutions (API, Web Services)Experience with Cloud platforms, preferably AzureWorking on Web CMS/Commerce platform would be highly desirableExperience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), using agile scrum and Kanban methodologiesThe role is open to established team leaders and development managers who are still hands on.
