TrueNorth are recruiting the latest role in our exclusive partnership with our growing client - a Lead Developer to join the team, who will have the exciting opportunity to establish a new development practice in their new target operating model.Key skills and experience we're looking forC# .NetAzureDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelinesDrive continuous improvement across the practiceMentoring and coaching othersKeeps abreast of and informed coding standards, principles and best practices with a view to implementing this across the development practice.We have a starting salary in the range of £60k to £80k plus bonus and benefits including a 15% pension contribution.The role will be hybrid working (2 days in office per week) from either their Newcastle City Centre or Central London offices.You must be based within a commutable distance to Newcastle or Central London with the right to work in the UK already in place - we are unable to sponsor visas for this role.
