Career Level - IC4 What you will do As a Lead Technology Architect you will do the following: Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML 2.0 for both RCP and Web Applications. Architect and configure Identity Providers (IdP) and Service Providers (SP) federation trust. Implement and manage Millennium Security service and integrate with Single sign-On (SSO) solutions. Implement and manage OAuth 2.0 authorization flows for third-party integrations. Implement APIs and resources for SCIM 2.0 endpoints for user and group management. Configure and manage synchronisation of user data across SaaS applications. Design and implement user provisioning workflows using SPML 2.0. Integrate provisioning services with enterprise systems such as Cerner Millennium. Automate user lifecycle management processes. Effectively consult with design and management of customer organisations on Identity and Access management architecture. Conduct regular security assessments and audits of IAM systems. Implement best practices for identity and access management. Work closely with IT, security, IAM IP and application teams to integrate IAM solutions. Provide support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues. Document all reference architecture, conduct meetings with all stakeholders on design, implementation, and support. Conduct training sessions for internal teams on IAM processes and tools. Travel up to 30% Required Experience Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field or equivalent relevant experience At least 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management with single sign-on, including identity management in Cerner Millennium core applications, Active Directory and LDAP protocol, Imprivata OneSign, Microsoft Entra and other Identity Providers, Identity federation with SAML 2.0, Authorisation protocols using OAuth, Authentication modalities for Citrix and VMware environments, Cerner Millennium authentication services, multi-factor authentication and Identity governance and policies Strong Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, SPML 2.0, and SCIM 2.0 for user authentication and authorisation Strong knowledge of security and authentication modalities for the Oracle product Cerner Millennium. At least 4 years of technical consulting skills with vendors and customers. Vendor qualifications (Oracle OCI, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Imprivata OneSign, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, VMware Horizon) is desired. Knowledge of languages such as PowerShell and Python is desirable.
