This role will suit a Senior/Lead User Researcher who specialises in User Research as a craft, who can set up a proper capability within a business who wish to invest in understanding what drives the customer and improves their brand. It will offer autonomy, a chance to stamp your mark, collaboration and support back from the top and much more. The successful applicant will possess the following;Proven and demonstrable track record in User/UX Research.Experience in a senior position within User Research. Experience in a Product focussed environment. Experience implementing Research processes, standards and best practice. Ability to operate strategically and operationally (hands on).Ability to deliver at pace, prioritise effectively, and create easy to digest insight from research efforts with key drivers.Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods, and analysis of research data.Understanding of digital customer journey's for purchasing products or services (nice to have)Use of tools such as Figma, Usertesting.com, Dovetail or others excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels from C-Suite to Entry level.
