Job Title: Leadership and Management Trainer/CoachLocation: West Midlands (Hybrid working)Salary: Up to £35,000Holidays: 25 days + bank holidaysOverviewA thriving and Ofsted-rated "Good" training provider is seeking a Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real impact, supporting learners both in the workplace and remotely, and contributing to the ongoing success and development of the training programmes.Key Responsibilities• Deliver Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes to learners through a mix of face-to-face and remote sessions.• Coach and mentor learners throughout their journey, from initial learning through to successful completion and End Point Assessment (EPA).• Lead engaging workshops and provide hands-on support, ensuring learners remain motivated and on track to meet their goals.• Develop tailored learning plans for each learner, ensuring training is aligned with both their professional role and the programme requirements.• Work closely with the wider team to contribute to the planning, development, and continuous improvement of delivery models and training programmes.• Maintain regular contact with learners, tracking their progress, identifying any challenges, and providing constructive feedback to support their success.• Ensure compliance with all necessary requirements, including quality standards and funding regulations.Skills, Knowledge, and Experience• Proven experience delivering Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes is essential.• Ideally hold a Level 5 Management qualification, supported by strong vocational competencies in management.• Experience in both face-to-face delivery and remote teaching and coaching is required.• Hands-on approach, with the ability to engage learners through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and regular feedback.• Teaching and/or Assessor qualifications (e.g., PTLLS, Award in Education and Training, TAQA) are highly desirable but not essential.• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple learners and tailor your approach to meet individual needs.• A collaborative mindset, with the drive to be part of a close-knit team that values innovation and success.Why Join this Training Provider?• Hybrid working: Flexibility to work both remotely and visit learners in the workplace.• Career development: Opportunities for professional growth and to actively contribute to the success of a forward-thinking training provider.• Collaborative environment: Be part of a small, close-knit team where your input is valued, and you can help shape delivery models and training success.If you're passionate about supporting learners and delivering high-quality leadership and management programmes, we'd love to hear from you!For more information: Please contact Simon Atkins on ##### #####
