Leadership Development Specialist

Our client is a well-established innovative technology/manufacturing business, which has transformed from a founder led business to PE backed over the last few years and is now in a new growth era. They are looking to hire a Leadership Development lead to provide strategic direction and be a thought leader on talent and leadership development. It’s a really nice opportunity to play a pivotal role in the HR team, with scope to work across the full life cycle of learning. The role will suit an experienced learning professional with excellent communication skills and an analytical mind, who is comfortable working at significant pace in a highly complex environment. The role will report into the Global Head of Talent and Leadership, and comes at an excellent time to join the business as the leadership drive the business to continue to deliver impressive results.THIS ROLE WILL NEED TO BE ON SITE IN OXFORDSHIRE 4 DAYS/WEEK
