Lean Consultant

We have an immediate contract requirement for a Lean Consultant to work for our prestigious renewable energy client covering 2 of their sites in Kent & Cumbria You will Project manage the design and creation of new daily ways of working on their wind farm sites, as part of a programme of continuous improvement.- Work with site staff to design and enable change.- Report to and align with Programme Manager and other Project Managers on progress, designs and challenges.- Capture issues identified on site and help staff resolve them themselves, or escalate them, according to PDCA methodology and established escalation channel.- Physical presence required on each site (both Kent & Cumbria) up to 3 days a week.- Willingness to travel to London for meetings.Skills- Deep knowledge & working experience of Lean management principles and tools.
