Leaning Disability Social worker

Southampton City Council are looking for looking for adult social workers to join their learning disability team. Details below!

We are looking for 2 social work qualified locums, who are able to travel and carry out face to face visits to progress CoM DoL applications for individuals we support with a learning disability and/or neurodiversity who may be deprived of their liberty in the community.

Strong and clear understanding of the legal frameworks involved is crucial, as well as experience of completing high standard Court of Protection applications.

Requirements as a Social Worker include:

• SWE Registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Drive and have access to a car
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
