We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coach to join our growing team in Manchester. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our sales team by providing exceptional training and coaching.

What you'll do:

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing sales personnel.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer service strategies.
• Assess training needs and create customised plans to boost team performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure training materials are relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas of improvement and implement targeted training solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments to maximize impact.

• Proven experience in sales, with a preference for training or coaching roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills that captivate and inspire.
