b Learning Coach - Engineering /b br b Crewe /b br b £37,500 /b br b Full time, 37 hours per week /b br Pertemps are thrilled to be working with one of the leading apprenticeship providers across the UK to hire a Learning Coach in the Engineering division. br As an Engineering Tutor, you will be delivering the Level 3 Apprenticeships on the following qualifications - br ul li Level 3 Engineering Technician - Mechanical and Electrical pathways. /li li Level 2 Foundation Competence. /li li Level 3 Development Competence. /li li Level 3 Development Knowledge. /li /ul br b The role: /b br ul li Fulfil teaching commitments which will consist of both classroom and workshop environment. /li li Manage and maintain a caseload of learners as agreed with your line manager and carry out regular learner interventions /li li Ensure evidence for learning, achievement, funding, and Ofsted is captured effectively and timely including: /li li 20% OTJrequirements are fully met and recorded as per procedure /li li Learners achieve the highest grade in EPA they are capable of /li li Progress learners using onefile, setting targets for Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours /li li Individualised learning programmes, agreed with employer and learner based on initial assessments and including Maths and English /li li Engage the learners line manager, making clear their responsibilities and working collaboratively to provide support, guidance, and opportunities for learning /li li Plan the end point assessment process with learners and employers, ensuring preparation and practice is included in the learning plan /li li Inspire and motivate learners and identify any barriers and adapt to your learners needs /li li Motivate and drive learners to achieve their qualifications on time. /li li Deliver Maths and English (and ICT where applicable), to support the learners achievement and progress in these areas /li li Ensure marking and feedback to the learner is accurate and supports their development /li li Work closely with IQAs on best practice, development needs and providing sampling, monitoring as detailed in the IQA plan. /li /ul br b Qualifications and Experience: /b br ul li Relevant occupational sector experience and relevant qualifications (at a level 3 or higher than delivery) /li li Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT or equivalent, or willing to undertake /li li Teaching qualification Cert ed/CTTLS/DTTLS /li li Excellent level of skills in written and oral and presentational areas, understanding the importance of focus on the audience to support learning /li li Knowledge of Government funded training /li /ul br b Benefits /b br ul li Fully flexible working pattern responsibility for planning your own diary /li li Significant pension contribution /li li All equipment is provided to complete the role /li li Generous annual leave entitlement /li li Development opportunities through our own in-house programmes and recognised qualifications /li li Staff employee discount scheme for online shopping, days out with You at work /li li Healthcare discounts /li /ul br For more information, please contact Pertemps on ##### ##### 513. br p JBRP1_UKTJ /p
