YOUR ROLE
The Learning and Development Advisor at Kuehne+Nagel supports the training and development of colleagues in the Government and Defence contract, ensuring compliance with statutory, policy, and contractual training requirements. You'll deliver MHE training, assist with training budgets, financial tasks, and performance metrics, and support ongoing professional development to keep our workforce motivated and skilled. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, deliver and evaluate mandatory training courses to include, Local inductions, Fire briefs and ABC Modules.
Coordination and delivery of MHE training to the KN standard and to meet Operational requirements.
Delivery of Corporate Inductions and Code of Conduct training to ensure compliance.
