Description
As The Learning & Development Manager, you will bring your expertise to execute the L&D strategy and ensure its effectiveness on enhancing performance within the business. You will be responsible for identifying, designing, implementing and evaluating training and development initiatives to ensure all colleagues and management have both the operational and leadership knowledge and skillset to carry out their roles to their best ability and to drive business performance.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and previous stakeholder management. You will be competent in individual and group coaching skills and techniques, bringing with you high quality, passionate and inclusive learning facilitation skills that create an exciting environment. You must be able tp demonstrate a proven track record of your ability to deliver learning activity which is focused on performance development and aligned to business objectives, as well as a strong commercial mindset with an ability to analyse data to inform further development needs for the individual, the group and continuously push your development offering. You will have strong project management skills, be people-oriented and results-driven with good Knowledge of HR systems and databases. You must have a valid UK Driving License.
