About the Role

\n

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L&D Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment at our site, supporting the growth and success of our business. This is an on-site role, requiring the individual to work 5 days a week at our factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise trainers responsible for on-the-job training, providing structured guidance where necessary
  • \n
  • Develop engaging management training programs tailored to the needs of the organisation
  • \n
  • Identifying non-conformances and implementing training programmes to ensure corrective actions and compliance
  • \n
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
  • \n
  • Build relationships and work with relevant departments to maintain compliance and foster collaboration across the site
  • \n

About You

\n

We are looking for a well-rounded Learning and Development Manager with ideally some Food Compliance & Safety experience. You should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working in a factory setting. If you have experience within the food manufacturing industry, particularly in compliance and training development, and are looking for a challenging position that combines leadership, relationship-building, and strategic planning, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant Degree or CIPD Qualification
  • \n
  • Understanding of food safety regulations, SOP's, Risk Assessments and Industry Specific Laws
  • \n
  • Leadership skills to supervise and guide teams, fostering collaboration across departments
  • \n
  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs
  • \n
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate compliance requirements clearly across all levels of the organisation
  • \n
