The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support, coach and develop newly recruited employees throughout a 12-week onboarding programme to completion.
The role requires high levels of professional standards whilst working in a telephone environment, adhering to KPIs and SLAs.
You will work alongside the EAP Training & Coaching team in coaching employees to ensure they successfully complete the onboarding programme.
Day to Day
- Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the onboarding Programme, alongside EAP Coaches.
- To collaboratively plan, organise and deliver the onboarding Programme.
- To provide daily, weekly, monthly reports to Direct Reports as required.
- Supervising new employees during the first 3 weeks of the programme, providing update meetings, delivering coaching and supporting new employees
- Deliver key training modules over the onboarding period ensuring that all employees are trained sufficiently on all core services.
- Deliver workshops facilitating scenarios and roleplays reflective of helpline calls.
- To facilitate and deliver group listening and coaching to ensure business practises are delivered effectively.
- To identify areas of learning and ensure relevant training is provided.
What You Bring to the Team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience of delivering training to both internal staff members and external clients
- Self-sufficient, adaptable, and goal-focused with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to deliver training to individuals and large groups effectively.
- Passionate about mental health and coaching
