Working Pattern: Full Time 35 hours per week

What You'll Do:

As the Learning Projects Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of skills development operations for colleagues at all levels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and Coordinating: Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on development events and online learning content.
  • LMS Management: Manage learning content, colleague assignments, and status reporting using the SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
  • Data Analysis: Produce timely reports on key learning metrics, applying your data analysis skills to support decision-making.
  • Event Management: Independently manage external consultants and promote learning events through effective internal communication.
  • Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyse feedback to translate it into actionable insights.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritise workload and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in coordinating Learning and Development activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Microsoft Project, and familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP) for effective reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
