As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with students, helping them overcome challenges, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to succeed. • �80-�95 Per day
• Swindon
• Full-Time 8:30am-3:30pm
• A valid DBS (or willingness to apply for one).

The Role:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with diverse learning needs, including behavioural, emotional, and academic challenges.
• Help students develop strategies to improve concentration, learning techniques, and overall engagement with lessons.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver differentiated support that ensures each child can access the curriculum and reach their potential.
• Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
