This role is perfect for psychology graduates, aspiring teachers, and experienced support staff who are looking to gain valuable experience and make a positive impact on young learners. Based in Camberley.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring additional help with their learning.
Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to ensure the child's needs are met.
Support the student in developing social skills and encouraging positive behavior.
Help with classroom activities, including lesson preparation and general administrative tasks.
Monitor and record the student's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
