Location: Primary Schools in Camberley, Surrey
Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience £85-100 per day

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant's (LSAs) for long-term agency positions within primary schools across Surrey. This role is perfect for psychology graduates, aspiring teachers, and experienced support staff who are looking to gain valuable experience and make a positive impact on young learners. Based in Camberley.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring additional help with their learning.
Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to ensure the child's needs are met.
Support the student in developing social skills and encouraging positive behavior.
Help with classroom activities, including lesson preparation and general administrative tasks.
Monitor and record the student's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
Education: A degree in psychology, education, or a related field is highly desirable.
Experience: Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, or with children, particularly those with SEN, is advantageous.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's educational and emotional development.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively within a team. Able to travel to Camberley.
Commitment: Willingness to commit to a long-term role and build strong, supportive relationships with the students you assist.
