Learning Support Assistant - Requirements
- Previous personal/school experience working children with ALN needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children's education and personal development
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Knowledge of relevant safeguarding and health & safety procedures
- DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
Learning Support Assistant - Desirable Skills
- Full driving license and a car.
- Living in Newport.
- Understanding of the national curriculum.
