Learning Support Assistant - Requirements
Previous personal/school experience working children with ALN needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children's education and personal development
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Knowledge of relevant safeguarding and health & safety procedures
DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
Learning Support Assistant - Desirable Skills
Full driving license and a car.
Living in Newport.
Understanding of the national curriculum.
