Learning Support Assistant
Location: Primary School in Crawley
Hours: Full-Time (8:15am - 3:30pm) or Part-Time (8:15am - 12:30pm or 12:30pm - 3:45pm)
Contract Type: Term-Time Only

This welcoming and creative school is currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support students across Key Stages 1, 2 and 3. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students' learning with the guidance of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Assist in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum across all subjects.
  • Create and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment tailored to students' needs.
  • Help students achieve personal development goals and foster a love for learning.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as a teaching assistant, childcare, or care role within the UK.
  • Resilient, committed, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience supporting children with SEND is highly desirable.
