About the role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 support to a Year 5 child with special educational needs (SEN).
• Assist with tailored learning activities to meet the child's unique needs.
• Foster the child's confidence, engagement, and development within the classroom.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and the SEN team to ensure consistent support.
• Adapt to the child's progress and provide positive encouragement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience supporting children with SEN in an educational setting.
