Salary: Competitive, �83.50 - �90 per day

About Us:
We offer a fulfilling and exciting role as a LSA in a respected primary school located in Pangbourne (W. Berkshire). With excellent transport links and on-site parking, you'll have the opportunity to promote and enhance the learning and social skills of children with additional needs. Your role as a Learning Support Assistant will encompass individual 1:1 support as well as guiding small group learning and activities.
LSA Requirements:
* Empathetic and skilled in building meaningful relationships with children
* Ability to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each child
* Collaborate closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other professionals
* Ensure accurate implementation of personalised educational plans (EHCPs)
* Create and adapt support materials to facilitate success in a mainstream classroom environment
* Foster an engaging and stimulating classroom learning experience
