Role Overview:

As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with diverse needs, both in and outside the classroom. Your focus will be on helping students reach their full potential by providing tailored assistance and guidance. This role is rewarding and impactful, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in a child's educational journey.

Pay Rate: £90-95 per day

Job Type: Full time/Part time

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering effective lessons
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
• Provide individual support to facilitate student learning
• Monitor student progress and report the findings to the teacher and parents.
• Adhere to the school's policies and procedures.

Desired skills & Qualities:

• A true passion for education and child development
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships
• A flexible and adaptable mindset
• Previous experience handling special needs children
• Driving on own to the school is an advantage
• Proven professional references with clean records
• Enhanced DBS check (we can help with this if you don't have one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
