Tradewind Recruitment is excited to be recruiting Acting or Sports Graduates for Support Roles within a range of Secondary Schools in Macclesfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in an educational setting while supporting students and staff in a variety of ways.

If you are a graduate with a passion for education and have a background in Acting or Sports, we would love to hear from you! These support roles will allow you to utilise your skills, enthusiasm, and experience to make a positive impact in the classroom and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic support to students, particularly in Drama, Performing Arts, or Physical Education (PE).
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, delivery, and classroom management.
• Lead small group activities and provide one-to-one support for students with diverse learning needs.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff to encourage academic progress and personal development.
• Help with general school duties and administrative tasks as required.

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a degree in Acting, Drama, Sports, or a related field.
