Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Pay Rate: £85-£100 per day

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a wonderful school in Chingford. This role offers the chance to work closely with students, helping them reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with the learning and development of students, both in groups and through tailored 1:1 support.
• Supporting students with special educational needs (SEND) to access the curriculum and develop key skills.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to maintain a safe, engaging, and productive classroom environment.
• Upholding school policies, including behaviour and safeguarding practices.

What We're Looking For:

• A patient, understanding, and adaptable individual.
• An interest in working with students with SEND, with any previous experience being an advantage (though not required!).
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
