Do you have experience teaching, or perhaps the skills and passion to work 1:1 with pupils who need extra support? We are seeking Teaching Support Assistants (TSAs) who can help our pupils reach their full potential. You'll play a vital role in providing tailored support and encouragement, creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Full training and ongoing support are available to help you succeed and grow in this rewarding role. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Create a fun and supportive environment: You'll help foster an atmosphere where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn, encouraging them to engage actively with their lessons and peers.
• Encourage and motivate students' learning: By offering personalised support and encouragement, you'll inspire students to reach their full potential, building their confidence and helping them overcome challenges.
• Be adaptive and creative with lesson plans and resources: You'll work alongside teachers to adapt and tailor lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student, using creative resources to make learning engaging and accessible.
• Demonstrate great behaviour management: With your positive approach and understanding, you'll help maintain a respectful and productive classroom environment, promoting good behaviour and addressing challenges in a calm and constructive manner.Bottom of Form
