The Role:
We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Workers to join this dedicated team. You will play a key role in supporting adults with autism across the educational and social activities, both within their centre and in the local community.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about making a meaningful difference to the lives of adults with autism. No prior experience in autism support is necessary-they provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and group support for learners, helping them develop social, communication, and practical life skills.
Assist in delivering bespoke educational sessions tailored to individual needs.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage learners to reach their full potential.
Accompany learners on community activities, fostering independence and engagement.
Maintain accurate and timely records of learners' progress and achievements.
