Leasehold Officer

• To provide a high-quality service for our leaseholders ensuring they are managed in accordance with the terms of their leases, legislation, and best practice.
• To ensure that the legal requirements of Section 20 consultations are complied with for all services and major works.
• To be responsible for all Right to Buy enquiries and applications.
• To be responsible for the provision of Leasehold forms such as LPE1 forms.
• To undertake the annual billing of leaseholders and associated leaseholder tasks and enquiries to maximise revenue.
• To support the Senior Finance & Income Team Leader in the full compliance of Financial Regulations.
• To deliver maximum use of IT solutions for efficient customer interactions, implementing policies and procedures that support an effective, professional leasehold management service.
• To maximise internal procedural efficiencies.
