Leasehold Officer - Essex - Hybrid - 3 months rolling - Rate DOE

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Dealing with leaseholder enquiries, lease extension enquiries
• Major works queries on final bills on section 20s
• Processing arrears on service chargers
• Dealing with direct debits and the return direct debits

You must have experience or knowledge in:

• Previous experience as a full leasehold officer in a local authority (not just administration)
• Experience with section 20 notices - issuing them, processing them and dealing with observations off the back of them.
• Understands and processed estimates and actuals.
• Has chased for major works and service charge arrears.
• Previously worked with lease, extensions, enquiries , management packs, enfranchisement.
• (Ideally) Shared owners experience
