We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Epsom, who are recruiting for a Leasehold Team Leader.This will be a full-time position with hybrid working (3 days home working) and a salary of £36,200 per annum.The ideal candidate will have experience managing ither Leasehold or Right-to-Buy teams.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a team of 2 Leasehold Officers and 2 Leasehold AdminsCarry out regular 1-1’s and performance appraisalsMonitor performance and where necessary, put plans in place to improve performanceWork collaboratively with the Homeownership Manager in developing and delivering plans to improve the service and to regularly review working practices,Work with other departments, in particular with Finance, Asset Investment, Development and Contracts & Compliance in the consultation of leaseholder’s preparation and administration of Section 20 notices and ground rentsExperience required:Experience managing staff within social housingSkills, knowledge and expertise required:Right to buy and resale packsSection 20 and major works calculationsRewards and Benefits:Hybrid working – 3 days a weekWorking hours:35 hours per week Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
