Leasing Negotiator (6 month FTC)

LEASING NEGOTIATOR - 6 MONTH FTC, EALING
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a high end well known market leading estate agency who are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator on a 6month FTC with possible extension to start asap at a Build to Rent development in Ealing. This role will suit a confident well-spoken sales or lettings agent who has a minimum of 6 months experience in lettings who is looking to gain experience in built to rent.
Purpose of the role:
To provide site based leasing management services to an exciting new build residential development comprising 279 apartments in a large scale scheme in Ealing. To take a lead in scheme tours/viewings, vetting of applicants and the upselling of additional services within the scheme. Working closely with the leasing team to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to residents at all times, being a main point of contact from enquiry stage, viewing/tours through to resident move in.
Duties of the role:

• To ensure that systems are thoroughly kept up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data, including viewing feedback
\n
• Ensuring good presentation of available apartments at all times, by regularly spot checking and liaising with the cleaning team to ensure it is cleaned to a high standard at all times
\n
• Co-ordinating the online marketing of available apartments
\n
• Ensuring all enquires are responded to in line with agreed service levels
\n
• To coordinate with 3rd party agents as required
\n
• In conjunction with the General Manager/Leasing Manager - carrying out regular rent analysis & leasing performance of the local market
\n
• Meeting prospective tenants, conducting viewings and negotiating rental offers
\n
• Completing applicant vetting requirements
\n
• Completing new let paperwork in line with strict procedures
\n
• Appraising/quality checks of apartments, advising the Leasing Manager as to recommended rents for both properties coming to the market and those where tenants wish to renew
\n
• Seeking and building corporate relationships with relocation agents, City employers and other agents to generate lettings enquiries
\n
• Co-ordinate renewal communications and negotiatiTo ensure arrival packs are prepared, and keys are ready for tenant move in's
\n
• As part of the wider site team; create a community feel through communication, events and innovations
\n
• Ad-hoc projects provided by the General Manager
\n
• Provide first class customer service to residents and applicants
\n

Salary budgets: £30,000 + plus discretionary bonus
Required working hours: 5 over 7 days (42.5 hours per week) - Flexibility is required (Shifts 8am - 7pm) - 6 month FTC
