Job Title: Lecturer in Forestry and Arboriculture
Location: Brinsbury
Working Hours: Part-time, 22.2 hours per week
Salary: Pro rata of �20,878 - �36,650 (i.e., �12,526.80 - �21,990) per annum (temp salary in line with this and based on experience).

Job Purpose
The role involves delivering high-quality teaching in Forestry and Arboriculture, responding to student needs, and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching & Learning: Deliver engaging and effective lessons, prepare materials, and conduct timely assessments.
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the curriculum with a focus on literacy, numeracy, and inclusivity.
  • Administration: Complete necessary documentation and reports related to teaching activities.
  • Safeguarding: Uphold safeguarding responsibilities, following policies to ensure a safe environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in relevant meetings and training, keeping updated on educational policies and practices.
Required Skills and Attributes
