MAIN DUTIES

* Assisting Residential, Residential Investment Team, Private Wealth and Real Estate Development teams on all matters relating to post completion work:

* Submission of SDLT Returns to HMRC and dealing with SDLT enquiries

* Land Registry applications (including use of E-DSR)

* Notices to landlords as and when applicable

* Submitting NHBC acceptance forms online

* Replying to requisitions raised by Land Registry

* Checking titles when registration completed

* Informing clients of completion of registration and sending them copy or original documents

* Sending client satisfaction surveys to clients (as appropriate)

* Archiving documents as appropriate

* Ensuring that no Land Registry expiry dates are overlooked

* Informing mortgage lenders of completion of registration and sending them documents in accordance with their requirements

SKILLS

* Technical skills to meet the practice's standards and appropriate to post

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Flexible, energetic, organised with the ability to prioritise work and accustomed to meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure

* Participative team player, keen to share skills & experience and develop colleagues/learn from them
