An exciting role has arisen for a�Legal Administration Assistant�to join a supportive and progressive law firm based in Leamington Spa�offering a unique chance to thrive within a reputable Conveyancing department. You will be working as part of the�New Business team�to maintain good relationship with new business introducers.



You will be required to have administration experience ideally from a legal or professional services background along with excellent customer service skills.
The firm have a proven track record of training and developing staff, offering long term opportunities to progress within the firm.
Duties include




  • Provide comprehensive support to the Conveyancing department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Prepare correspondence using a case management system, maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person, offering guidance and support throughout their move.

  • Administer filing systems, including daily filing and the management of client files.

  • Maintain strong relationships with new business introducers

  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch, and arrange the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
