A reputable Commercial Law Firm based in Liverpool City Centre is recruiting a legal cashier/finance assistant to their expanding accounts team.
The role will be to assist the Finance Manager and Revenue Manager with day-to-day tasks including general accounts tasks, credit control and purchase ledger.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Collection of client debt
* Client account disputes
* Internal stakeholder relationships
* Client account records
* General invoice queries
* Post disbursements
* Month end billing
* Purchase ledger
* Credit card expenses
The ideal candidate will be working in a similar account’s roles in a legal environment. Proclaim experience is advantageous but not essential.
