Legal Cashier x 2 - Global Law firm - 40-45k + Bens - London, City.

Hybrid�- 3 days office 2 days WFH

Global law firm have fantastic opportunities for Legal Cashiers with a minimum of 2 years experience. You'll be a key part of the finance�team and will possess all-round Legal Cashier expertise, including knowledge of VAT and Solicitors Accounts Rules/Regulations.

Legal Cashier responsibilities include:

• Office & Client bank reconciliations


• Client receipts and electronic payment preparation


• Banking of cheques


• Credit card postings and reconciliations


• Invoice processing and review


• Assisting with working capital management write-offs, disbursements and credit note requests


• Supplier invoice processing and payments


• Expense claim processing and payments


• Assisting with report preparation and distribution such as costs and residual balances


• Ensuring high volume disbursements are processed efficiently

Legal Cashier requirements;

• Minimum of 2 years' experience currently operating as a Legal Cashier


• Good working knowledge of Excel and various legal accounting software


• Flexible approach and a collaborative team player
