Legal Counsel 12-month FTC

Taylor Root is working with a terrific business within the automotive industry, who are looking to hire a Legal Counsel on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting into the Head of Legal, this is a broad in-house role where you will be responsible for the following: Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and providing support for contractual queries. Supporting on the contract lifecycle, and co-ordinating with different parties. Providing support on projects as and when they come up. Conducting research on matters including Compliance, Data Protection, Litigation, and Intellectual Property. This would suit someone who is keen to work within a lean legal team and gain strong exposure to a wide range of legal matters. Experience required: Ideally, at least 1 year s PQE. Strong commercial awareness, and good attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonnel skills. Proactive, flexible attitude.
