Legal Counsel - NQ to 2 PQE - Commercial

Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 2 years PQE) with commercial contracts experience to join our client, a leading intelligence company in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic in-house legal team, contributing significantly to the business as a key advisor. Key Responsibilities: Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Develop, draft and negotiate commercial contracts to meet stakeholder and business objectives considering relevant IP, trademark and data laws. Research and Review: Stay informed about legal trends and regulatory changes to provide first class advice to businesses. Risk Management: Identify, control, and report on significant legal and commercial risks. External Partner Management: Oversee relationships with external legal partners, clients, and suppliers. Advice and Support: Provide expert advice and support to colleagues on commercial and legal matters. Project Involvement: Play a key role in internal and external projects, offering legal guidance to meet project goals. Required Experience: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. Experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Proven track record of identifying and managing contractual and legal risks. Understanding of commercial contract and procurement processes. Strong knowledge of UK contract law.
