Corporate and commercial lawyer required to support the Group Functions (in particular, the Group Corporate Development and Strategy team) on a variety of legal matters. This is a broad role, primarily encompassing M&A ( mergers, acquisitions , joint ventures, divestments and partnership s ) and general corporate and commercial matters across a wide range of geographies and businesses.
