Legal Counsel

Our Client An exciting mandate has emerged with a mid-market private equity group with c. 15bn AUM. As the Legal Counsel - you will be responsible for advising on primarily European deals. The firm invest across a range of sectors including; consumer, healthcare and tech. Main Duties Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to: Provide legal advice and support on transactions and investments Support transaction execution activities, liaising with internal and external counsel and team members on transaction documentation Liaising with the European legal team and advise portfolio companies on legal related matters Drafts, reviews, negotiates and interprets contracts and agreements Manage external counsel and provide proactive support to the investment team. Your Profile c. 2-4 PQE of legal experience from a leading private practice or in house firm. Strong experience across M&A or Private Equity.
