Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel - London A global entertainment business is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their legal team. Reporting to the Senior Commercial and Legal Director, you will be a crucial member of the team. You will lead on commercial matters like drafting consultancy agreements, brand partnership agreements, and NDAs. You will also be responsible for trademark protection and enforcement matters, supporting data protection matters, as well as supporting the publishing and live stage teams on an ad hoc basis where necessary. The ideal candidate will be around 2-3 years' PQE, preferably with experience working in a top law firm or in-house environment, with experience of commercial contracts. Added experience across IP and data protection matters would be preferred. This is an exciting brand, and the role will have a varied remit across a broad array of commercial matters.
