Salary: £44,000 - £60,000
About the Role:
I am excited to be working with an exciting insurance client, looking for a qualified Lawyer with 1-3 years PQE to join the team. This hybrid role lets you work from home and the office, with occasional travel to other Group locations.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales.
Experience: 1-3 years PQE with a focus on commercial contracts and corporate law.
Skills: Attention to detail, project management, legal research, and strong communication.
What You'll Do:
Advise stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters.
Maintain legal registers and support Horizon Scanning.
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
Manage legal risks, including those related to litigation and compliance.
Assist in drafting company policies and procedures.
Engage with external and internal stakeholders for documentation and compliance.
Skills and Knowledge:
