Job DescriptionWe are currently searching for a 3+ PQE Commercial Legal Counsel to join one of our clients based in London. The client is a rapidly expanding and innovative firm that provides strategic business and legal consulting services, specifically designed for start-ups, scale-ups, and growing SMEs at every stage of their development.Your primary focus will be on commercial legal matters, including:Drafting commercial agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.Identifying business risks and providing advice.General data privacy.Providing corporate transaction support.Ideally, you will also have experience in employment law, as your secondary responsibilities will include:Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, consultancy agreements, company handbooks, etc.Providing assistance on HR matters, discrimination issues, and incentives.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of top-tier private practice experience or relevant in-house experience.You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as part of a team.For more information, please contact: James #####
