Legal Counsel

About the Role

As Legal Counsel at Perspectum, you will act as a key point of contact for all legal enquiries across the business.

Your duties will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising legal documentation
\n
• Managing, preparing and updating contracts, policies and procedures
\n
• Compliance and risk management
\n
• Relationship building and stakeholder management
\n

Please note we would consider individuals on a full time or part time (0.8 FTE) basis.

About You

We are looking for a qualified legal professional who has a proven track record in commercial and corporate law. Ideally you will have gained this experience in-house, but we also welcome applications from those in private practice looking to make the move in-house.

You must have:

• A law degree (or equivalent qualification)
\n
• Experience of advising on a variety of corporate and commercial legal matters faced by technology companies in the UK and US.
\n
• A commercial mindset with an understanding of how legal issues affect businesses
\n
• Meticulous attention to detail
\n
• A calm, confident, and personable manner
\n
• Excellent written and verbal skills (English)
